Well it's simple….David and his team (thank you Wanda!) are simply the best in the business! We live far away from our home in St Lucia. We started looking at purchasing a property in St Lucia many years ago and contacted David who was referred to us by a friend. David's knowledge and deep understanding of St Lucia and the process of buying property here was invaluable. Although we did not find our match on the first trip, this information allowed us to modify and refine our criteria for the next round. Fast forward a few years (and COVID travel bans delays), three times a charm, and we found a beautiful property which checked the great majority of our boxes!
