Rental Program Agreement

Each Villa is privately owned. An owner retains 8 or 9 weeks a year for their own use, and for the remainder of the year allow their property to be marketed as part of the Cap Maison Resort & Spa. Owners pay no management charges.

The management company is responsible for the costs of operation, including staffing, maintenance, upgrading of facilities, replacement of soft furnishings and linens , cleaning, security and gardening.

These costs are taken from the hotel’s rental pool income, with the balance being split 50:50 between owners and the management company.

Prime Location Over 2 Floors

Opportunities to own a one-bedroomed villa at Cap Maison are exceptionally limited, as there are only four in the entire resort.

White Cedar is set across two beautifully designed floors, each opening onto a full-width verandah that frames uninterrupted views across the Caribbean Sea to Martinique. From here, you can see, hear and smell the ocean.

This is the closest villa to the beach, with Smugglers Cove and The Naked Fisherman just below.

The first floor of White Cedar has been designed for easy, comfortable Caribbean living. A welcoming foyer leads into a thoughtfully planned space that includes a powder room, fully equipped kitchen and discreet laundry facilities. The open-plan living and dining areas flow seamlessly onto a full-width verandah that is perfect for al-fresco meals, quiet reading, or simply taking in the uninterrupted views across the sea to Martinique and down to Smugglers Beach below.

Upstairs, the private spaces are calm, spacious and beautifully finished. The air-conditioned bedroom features a generous clothes closet and a relaxed sitting area, with two sets of double doors opening onto a full-width verandah complete with hot tub. The bathroom offers a walk-in shower, separate tub, double wash basins and WC, along with an owner’s closet for secure storage. This entire level is designed to feel like a private retreat, with the sound of the ocean ever-present.
