Well it's simple….David and his team (thank you Wanda!) are simply the best in the business! We live far away from our home in St Lucia. The house was pretty much empty during COVID and that caused many things to need repair. David was responsive, determined and even tenacious when the job required it. We started looking at purchasing a property in St Lucia many years ago and contacted David who was referred to us by a friend. David asked us very relevant questions in order to understand our needs and the key criteria for our vacation home, and quickly put together a draft list of available properties for our review and arranged touring properties during our first visit. David's knowledge and deep understanding of St Lucia and the process of buying property here was invaluable. Although we did not find our match on the first trip, this information allowed us to modify and refine our criteria for the next round. Fast forward a few years (and COVID travel bans delays), three times a charm, and we found a beautiful property which checked the great majority of our boxes! I connected with David many years ago when we started to think about the move to St Lucia.
