Lease Back Arrangement
The villa can be leased to Windjammer Landing Company Ltd. whereby the owner receives US$15,000 annually, which is paid in quarterly installments. Subject to the terms of the lease, the property is marketed, managed and maintained by Windjammer Landing Company Ltd.
The owner may use the property on a complimentary basis for:
One week High Season or,
Two weeks in Shoulder Season or,
Three weeks in Low Season.
The owners may use the property 365 days of the year and pay a monthly maintenance cost, currently US$2,300 per month, which includes the use of all the hotels facilities, building insurance, and external maintenance of the property, grounds and private plunge pool.
