Upstairs: All bedrooms are located upstairs. Ashiana has 5 bedrooms 4 bathrooms ensuite. 3 bedrooms overlook the pool and Marigot Bay, all of the bedrooms have large patios overlooking the bay. The 5th bedroom is a large family room which contains 3 beds comfortably. 3 bedrooms face north west and the other 2 bedrooms face north east. There is a small office upstairs.
A skylight makes the Villa light and airy.
The property is gated and fully fenced.
