Marigot Bay is located on the Western Coast of the island approximately 4 miles southwest of Castries It has been described by the American novelist James A. Michener as “The most beautiful bay in the Caribbean.

The Bay holds a fascination found nowhere else on the island. The ridge and surrounding hillsides are home to some of the most beautiful and unique real estate in St Lucia.

The Bay is a very popular yachting destination and is able, due to its draft to attract Mega and Super Yachts. Therefore Marigot Bay attracts visitors from all over the world and offers an exciting atmosphere.

The property

The house is constructed to take maximum advantage of its elevated position, affording the owner stunning views of Marigot Bay to the north.

Castries is 25 minutes drive further north, and Soufriere is 40 minutes to the south.
