Marigot Bay has been described by visiting Super Yacht Captains as the Portofino of The Caribbean. It has been developed into an up-scale tourism destination, with the re-branded Zoetry, high-end all-inclusive hotel now run by Hyatt Corp on the south side of the bay.

Dock Side Boat House:

2-bedroom cottage, partially over the water. Bedroom 1 with A/C and ensuite shower room. Bedroom 2 with ensuite shower room and a kitchen between the 2 bedrooms.

The Boat House can be used as a 2-bed cottage or individual ensuite rooms.

• The dock is capable of berthing 3-4 sailboat vessels plus 2 large vessels of 60 ft. or more. The docks could be reconfigured to berth a Superyacht up to 150 ft. in length.
• Deep water access from the Caribbean Sea and 12-15 ft. water depth onto docks.
