Cosy Cottage is situated in the popular area of Cap Estate.
Cap Estate
Cap Estate, on the northern most tip of the island is one of the most scenic and desirable areas. It comprises approximately 1,500 acres with spectacular views from the cliff tops to the sandy beaches. With views of the Caribbean Sea, Atlantic Ocean and Martinique in the distance, it is therefore in a key position to demand some of the highest prices for property on the island.
The property
The cottage is only a five minute drive to the Sandals Golf and Country Club and a ten minute drive to Rodney Bay and the Marina, with all its shops, restaurants and the beach.
Entrance:
The entrance has parking for 3 to 4 cars. Steps up from here lead to a terrace with a pool. There are lovely Sea views down to Rodney Bay from the terrace and outdoor seating area
From the terrace the entrance leads into the living room with double doors on to the terrace. The living room has a TV and there is Wi-Fi throughout.
There is an open plan Kitchen with fridge freezer, gas cooker and microwave. The laundry room then leads via a back door to the garden.

Bedroom # 1: Double bedroom with ensuite shower room, A/C, overhead fan and fitted wardrobes
Bedroom #2: Twin/Double, A/C, overhead fan and fitted wardrobes. Separate shower room with w.c. and w.b
