Marigot Bay is located on the Western Coast of the island approximately 4 miles southwest of Castries It has been described by the American novelist James A. Michener as “The most beautiful bay in the Caribbean.
The Bay holds a fascination found nowhere else on the island. The ridge and surrounding hillsides are home to some of the most beautiful and unique real estate in St Lucia.
Situated on the cliff side above Marigot Bay and the Caribbean Sea, Cliff House has arguably one of the most spectacular views in Saint Lucia.
3 Bed Villa
The Villa is currently used as two separate properties, providing a two bed villa for personal use, and a one bed apartment which can be rented and provide a return on investment. However the properties can be used as one villa with two small infinity pools.
There are two separate entrances.
Emerald Hill Villa
The entrance is into an open plan living, dining and kitchen. There are overhead fans and breath taking views over the small pool and beyond. The wrap around balcony affords views over the sea below and back into stunning Marigot Bay.
The kitchen has a gas oven, double sink and large fridge freezer.
There are two double bedrooms. Both bedrooms have access to the balcony overlooking the bay
The bedrooms have overhead fans, fitted cupboards and A/C. The master bedroom has an ensuite bathroom with a shower, w.c. and w.b.
The guest shower room located next to the other bedroom has w.c. and w.b.
Caribbean Blue Suite
The entrance leads you past a small infinity pool enjoying amazing views. There is a small sitting room and kitchen with a gas oven and fridge.
The bedroom has an overhead fan and A/C and an ensuite shower room with w.c. and w.b.
The villa is a wonderful opportunity for either continued short term rentals, or a large private villa in a stunning much sought after location.
