Rental Program Agreement
Each villa is privately owned. An owner retains 8 or 9 weeks a year for their own use, and for the remainder of the year allow their property to be marketed as part of the Cap Maison Resort & Spa. Owners pay no management charges.
The management company is responsible for the costs of operation, including staffing, maintenance, upgrading of facilities, replacement of soft furnishings and linens , cleaning, security and gardening.
These costs are taken from the hotel’s rental pool income, with the balance being split 50:50 between owners and the management company.
At the Heart of Cap Maison
Glory Cedar is a light and spacious 2 bedroom, 3 bathroom villa that sits at the centre of the Cap Maison resort.
It is a delightful property with its own rooftop pool, which benefits from a wonderful variety of views over the verdant tropical gardens of Cap Maison, the charming Spanish Courtyard and pool, and out to sea from the expansive balconies and roof terrace.
The two double bedrooms, located on the first floor are air conditioned, and the villa features cooling natural coralina stone floors throughout, with red cedar wooden shutters in all rooms.
There is a spacious living and dining area, and with over 1,100 square feet of roof terrace, as well as verandahs and balconies on 3 different aspects, there are wonderful views, shaded areas and sun traps aplenty

Designed by leading Caribbean architects, Lane Pettigrew Associates, Villa 203 is ideal for two couples or a couple travelling with children or a dependent.
It features two bedroom suites which can be opened up to provide a single shared living space, or locked down for privacy and completely separate access.
The large Villa Suite includes the kitchen, living and dining rooms, laundry, owners’ closet and roof terrace access. The second bedroom features a large bedroom, en suite bathroom and verandah.
Access to the roof terrace is via a spiral staircase from the Villa Suite.
Both suites benefit from WiFi, Flatscreen TVs with cable channel access and air conditioning in the bedrooms.
