Rental Program Agreement

Each villa is privately owned. An owner retains 8 or 9 weeks a year for their own use, and for the remainder of the year allow their property to be marketed as part of the Cap Maison Resort & Spa. Owners pay no management charges.

The management company is responsible for the costs of operation, including staffing, maintenance, upgrading of facilities, replacement of soft furnishings and linens , cleaning, security and gardening.

These costs are taken from the hotel’s rental pool income, with the balance being split 50:50 between owners and the management company.
