New All-Inclusive Hotels Coming to Saint Lucia
Two new prestigious all-inclusive hotels are planned to come to Saint Lucia.
This is part of a bigger hotel project called Canelles Resort and will include two The Apple Leisure Group which is a subsidiary of AMResorts’ with brands: Dreams and Zoetry.
The two hotels will comprise of approximately 330 rooms. The development is also planned to include a neighboring real estate component with 380 residential units.
The hotels are planned to include restaurants, bars, conference centers, spa facilities, children’s clubs and entertainment facilities.
Dreams is AMResorts’ upmarket family-friendly brand. Described by Apple resorts as offering a high level of luxury for couples and couples with children and beachfront settings. Spacious rooms and suites, graciously appointed and luxuriously equipped provide a picture-perfect vacation experience with welcoming service and romantic inclusions. The Explorer’s Club for Kids with Red Cross certified staff and Core Zone Teens Club* provide supervised day and evening activities. Beautiful and exciting destinations provide a lovely setting for a wedding, honeymoon, romantic getaway or family vacation.
While its Zoetry hotels offer a boutique health and wellness experience. Again described by Apple Resorts as unrivaled luxury and holistic wellness combined with Endless Privileges to offer a blissful experience that exceeds all expectations. Each resort features no check-in or check-out times; 24-hour private, in-suite dining; maid service three times daily; a welcome bottle of rum or tequila; and so much more.
The project was first publicized in 2017 and it is scheduled to break ground later in 2019 according to AMResorts.

The new project is part of a rapid regional expansion for AMResorts, which has more than 10,000 hotel rooms in the pipeline. One of the others being the construction of The Ramada by Wyndham St Kitts, which is slated for completion in September 2019
These developments add to a significant hotel expansion in Saint Lucia this year. The Dubai-based developer, Range Developments in Black Bay is planning a 180 room project. Which is joined by The GP Group development of a new Marriott Courtyard hotel and conference facility at Pointe Seraphine, home to the cruise ship port and a 400 room Hyatt Branded development coming to the northwest of the island at Choc Beach.
