Who Is Doubloon Real Estate?
David Farrin:
Our Managing Director, David moved from the United Kingdom to St Lucia in 2003 after being headhunted to launch Discovery at Marigot Bay.
His previous experience included real estate in the UK and the south of France. Additionally David has vast sales experience in the fashion industry. During his time in St Lucia he launched and sold a large volume of property. This portfolio includes 54 apartments in Marigot Bay, and the first 36 apartments, off plan, of The Landings Resort and Spa at Pigeon Island.
As Managing Director of Doubloon Real Estate, David has sold in excess of 300 villas and apartments to both foreign and local investors.
David’s meticulous attention to detail, and his extensive commercial and local knowledge, makes him one of the most respected experts in St Lucia property. Furthermore he is one of the most effective, with a substantial proven track record. Lastly his overriding philosophy is one of transparency and reliability.
